We require a lead time of 14 business days for most orders. Subscription boxes require 6 weeks.
All of our biltong is hand cut, then hand marinated in small batches. We hang it to dry for days, using air. It's also hand packed, in a small facility.
Each batch is slightly different, and variations in both meat and the finished product are to be expected. Please contact us if you have any questions/ concerns.
