 Hello! My name is Grace. I am the biltong team lead, and have been in the food industry for what's probably too long.

Anyway, thanks for stopping by, and here's a little history on our company...

'Willow St. Snacks' started as a side project in our meat and private label facility, over in Trenton, N.J. We've made jerky and biltong for some big names and some small ones as well.

After a while, our team started to get antsy with all the different flavor profiles out there, and we decided it was time we made one ourselves. So, WSS came about. After months and months of experimenting with recipes, labels, logos, etc, we settled on what we have here- marinated biltong that is combined with delicious dried fruit.

All of our biltong is hand cut, then hand marinated in small batches. We hang it to dry for days, using air. It's also hand packed, in our small facility.

Each batch is slightly different, and variations in both meat and the finished product are to be expected. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Some people love our biltong, others do not. We've had feedback from across the board, and that's okay for us. We like to think we're making the South African staple with our own special twist, and not everyone likes twists.
